So how could he know for sure what the actual problem is? How could he know what to fix? Ridiculous! He in effect admitted he had no way of being 100% sure what the fault is without opening the machine to pinpoint and 100% confirm the problem. But at least the technician back then internally examined the machine and actually found the problem and fixed it on the spot. Cost me several hundred dollars to fix in 2017 which was caused by a poorly designed and cheaply made little plastic part which looked like a cheap toy.
Purchased this Electrolux washing machine several years ago which constantly breaks down, had to have it repaired multiple times at substantial cost, time wasted and inconvenience.
